On the nose, it offers a fine, mineral, and complex aroma, often with notes of citrus (like lemon zest and lime peel), green apple, wet stone, and subtle spice from its barrel aging.</p> <p>On the palate, it is a well-structured wine with good volume, pronounced acidity, and distinct minerality, contributing to a fresh and mouthwatering finish. It can also show flavors of ripe peach and a good textural weight, leading to a long and persistent end. Aromatic palette with DNA Colares, showing a lot of minerality, oyster shells, salty air, light green apple, and apricot-like fruit. Overall, it is fine and delicate, with a creamy attack full of concentration and refreshing acidity. The finish is intense and prolonged, bringing back notes of minerality and sea. </p>
