<p></p><p><span>Wine appears in the Ramilo family by the hand of the great-grandfather, Manuel Francisco Ramilo, who, in the early twentieth century, devoted much of its land area to wine production. <span>Four generations later, unwilling to accept the abandonment of local traditions, brothers Pedro and Nuno Ramilo left their confortable lives to embrace a family business.<span>The brothers are now on the verge of becoming the largest private producer of the world famous Ramisco from Colares</span></span></span></p>
<p></p><p>Astronauta Touriga Nacional Red Wine presents dark purple, intense red berries, chocolate and spice. Varietal character of bergamot and violet. Sugary, chewy and long-lasting palate. Lively and aging tannins. Paired with red meat, shepherd’s pie, goat and sheep meat and cheese. Refreshing company for steaks with demanding spiced sauces. Serve at 18 ºC</p>

<p></p><p>Tictac has a garnet color and aroma, with forest fruits, peppers, spices, moka and pleasant balsamic notes. Hints of pine needles and earthy minerals with iodized nuances. In the mouth it is precise and elegant, with Atlantic freshness, salty and structured, with polished and distinct smoked tannins. The finish is long and delicate.</p> <p></p>
<p></p><p>Casal Sta Maria Pinot Noir Grande Reserva red Wine shows an attractive ruby color, with bright reflections and good concentration. The aroma presents vibrant notes of cherry and ripe raspberry with hints of dry spices, earthy and balsamic flavors, with notes of cedar and pine trees. The palate is rich and with several layers of flavors, red fruit like cherries and raspberries in jam a hint of forest at the end a touch of vanilla and cigar box appear to combine all flavors and balance the wine. The acidity lends freshness throughout the tasting and gives it the potential to gain even more complexity and depth in bottle. Finishes with elegancy and structure with good, sweet tannins and a very deep long finish.</p>
