<p></p><p>The old house of Lagar de Fuso and Vara gave birth to Quinta do Lagar Novo.<br />This small agricultural property, with a history of grape and wine production, developed over more than 200 harvests, has about 5 ha of vineyard, installed according to the best and most recent viticultural techniques, under the guidance of the owner Luís Elias Gonçalves de Carvalho.</p> <p>The wine production of Quinta do Lagar Novo was born from the Carvalho family's desire to pay tribute to their ancestors and make high quality wines here.</p> <p></p>

<p></p><p>Monte Bluna Tictac Rosé Wine has a coral pink colour. The aroma is subtle and delicate, with multiple overlapping layers. It shows fresh red fruit, lively floral notes and hints of herbs. The unnoticeable wood reveals itself in the complex way it elevates the wine. The striking thread in the tasting is the limestone background that lingers in the memory. On the palate it's elegant, enveloping and with a sharp freshness. The finish is remarkably long and enveloping.</p>

Disruptive due to its unusual precision and freshness, yet complex and distinctive. In the aroma is captivating and charming in the fruits of wild berries, violets, nuances of vine shoot, hints of cocoa and earthy. Evolves in pleasant balsamic notes, in a limestone mineral background. In the mouth it is wide, with energetic and vibrant fruit, lickerish, somewhat irreverent, with captivating freshness and structure, fine-grained tannins, intense and firm. The end is long, persistent and even disconcerting!</p> <p></p>

<p></p><p>This fortified wine dates back to the 14th century and reached its golden period by the laborious hands and sharp mind of Sebastião José de Carvalho e Melo - Marquês de Pombal and Conde de Oeiras. Carcavelos' wine ran the world. It entered the most varied cultures. It has even given part of its 'soul' to Port wine in order to give it a 'body' and a superior taste.
