<p></p><p>Sparkling wine produced from grape picking for grape harvesting, ideal for sparkling wine, and following the traditional foaming method which requires bottle fermentation for a period of more than 12 months.<br />It has a citrus color, with a fine and persistent bubble. Exquisite nose with herbal, floral notes and green apple. Fine bubble mousse, lively acidity, pineapple notes, textured and velvety mouth, very dry and persistent finish.</p>
<p>Crafted in Bairrada by Caves São João, this elegant sparkling wine blends Pinot Noir & Chardonnay using the traditional method, with over 20 months of aging on lees. Expect refined bubbles, notes of citrus zest, dry flowers, light toast, and a touch of beeswax. On the palate, it’s fresh, creamy, and beautifully persistent.
