<p>Vinul alb Soalhero Melpasso este un vin foarte gastronomic, ideal pentru a însoți o masă. De la pește fript sau la grătar, mâncăruri de cod, carne albă cu sosuri cremoase, paste și risottos, bucătărie asiatică, carne roșie, cum ar fi mâneci la grătar sau copil de friptură, brânzeturi moi și brânzeturi de capră.</p> <p>Vinul alb Soalhero Melpasso prezintă o culoare intensă de aur, cu o strălucire curată și o reflecție de aur. Aromă complexă, cu fructe coapte (pere, gutui, caise uscate), miere subtilă, floare portocalie, fructe uscate și note delicate prăjite și minerale. Gustul de gură voluminos și înconjurat, cu o textură fermă, aciditate echilibrată și straturi de aromă care evoluează în sticlă.
