Soiurile predominante de struguri sunt Rabigato, CEGA fac Larinho, Viosinho, Donzelinho și Gouveio. Solurile de schi de mica în care aceste viță de vie se dezvoltă împrumută vinurile rezultate o mulțime de mineralitate, eleganță și prospețime vibrantă.</p>
