<p></p><p>The Quinta Pedra da Cancela is the fruit of the passion for the wine of the Gouveia family. The winemaking operation has been a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they were delivering their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa. In 1999, with the end of the superior studies in Viticulture and Enology of João Paulo Gouveia, son of João Coelho Gouveia, they decide to create their own wine. The vineyards were restructured, others were acquired and a modern wine cellar was built and with a high technology, all respecting the culture of the Dão demarcated region. In 2014 the name of the company became Pedra Cancela Vinhos do Dão Lda</p>

<p>Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Bastardo displays a light to medium red color with red hues. On the nose, it offers inviting red fruit aromas like cherry and raspberry, complemented by vegetal notes and sometimes a hint of spice. The palate is elegant, delicate, and remarkably complex, featuring well-integrated yet soft tannins and a long, persistent finish. Its refined character makes it a versatile pairing, excellent with richer fish dishes, white meats (poultry, pork), lighter red meats, and tomato-based dishes.</p>

<p></p><p>Alameda de Santar Parcelas White Wine is the result of a blend of Encruzado and Arinto without going through the wood process. With citrus and floral notes, it gains complexity as it ages in the bottle. With a slight aromatic sweetness, the acidity gives it balance and plenty of nerve.</p> <p>The color is yellow, bright and clear. On the nose it is exuberant, where the citrus of the lemon mixes with the sweetness of the rose aroma, in the glass it opens up to green apple and aromatic nuances of violets, always with a very green side, in the mouth nothing is predominant, the acidity and the fat balance each other making the wine very elegant, it stays long in a harmonious smoothness, it fills the mouth.  harmonious smoothness, it fills the mouth.</p>

<p></p><p>Pretexto Palhete Rosé Wine comes from the co-fermentation of white and red traditional grapes from Dão. The blend is composed by 70% of Jaen and Alfrocheiro and 30% of Encruzado and Bical from altitude vineyards and granitic soils. Intense colour with delicate aromas with spice character, discreet fruit and with some green notes associated to the use of whole bunch. Mouth with good acidity making this wine a gastronomic wine but very pleasant served at a lower temperature.</p>
