This location allows excellent thermal amplitudes for a good maturation of the grapes leading to its slow maturation producing wines with rich aromas and good acidity</p>

<p>Taboadella Jaen presents a deep, brilliant ruby color. On the nose, it is expressive and captivating, with prominent aromas of fresh red fruits (cherry, red plum) and dark fruits, accompanied by a distinctive note of pepper. Floral hints of lavender and violets, along with nuances of allspice, can also emerge. On the palate, it's a succulent wine with velvety, fine tannins and an elegant, lively acidity that provides freshness. It possesses a tense yet delicate body, good structure, and a long, flavorful finish, making it a versatile pairing for grilled red meats, game dishes, flavorful Mediterranean cuisine, and aged cheeses.</p>

<p></p><p>MOB Bical has a beautiful citrus colour with greenish reflections, revealing freshness and youth. On the nose, there are notes of ripe white fruit, such as pear and apple, combined with a subtle minerality and delicate ‘nuances’ of dried fruit, giving it complexity and elegance.</p> <p>On the palate, it is unctuous and enveloping, with good volume and a creamy texture. The well-balanced acidity provides freshness and prolongs the finish, marked by persistence and a captivating gastronomic profile.
