<p>Pe note de degustare, o Fugitivo Tinta Amarela prezintă de obicei o culoare mai deschisă, caracteristică strugurii. Aroma dezvăluie note vegetale și mirodenii, cu o prezență proeminentă a piperului negru, împreună cu indicii de fructe roșii, coacăze, rădăcini și licorice. Pe palat, este descris ca un vin bine echilibrat și elegant, cu tanini ferme și fine și un finisaj lung, persistent, remarcat pentru profilul său pur și aromat. Se recomandă servirea acestui vin între 16 ° C și 18ºC. Pentru împerecherea alimentelor, completează frumos mezele în vârstă, carne roșie la grătar și mâncăruri de jocuri precum vânnatul.
