<p></p><p>LouCa, two wines from two people whose starting point was their belief in the potential of the authentic Alentejo.</p> <p>It has a straw-yellow color and a deep, complex and mineral nose. It's a wine of contrasts, textured in the mouth but with enormous freshness and lightness. It has a long finish and excellent ageing potential.</p>

<p></p><p>Natus White Wine</p> <p>At the heart of Vidigueira, in the southern foothills of Serra do Mendro, in poor schist soils, the vines are planted in a hot climate, buffered with cool nights. The traditional grape varieties, mainly Roupeiro, Antão Vaz and Gouveio, were hand-picked and foot trodden for 2 days.</p> <p>At the spontaneous start of fermentation, the grapes were pressed and the must kept in 19th century clay pots (Talhas) and used oak</p> <p>barrels until the end of the alcoholic fermentation. The wine ages for 8 months in full lees, with a slight agitation every month.</p>

<p>Cartuxa Curtimenta em Talha Red Winre presents deep ruby in color, it reveals aromas of wild berries, herbs, and earthy notes combined with the distinctive character imparted by amphora fermentation. On the palate, it is structured yet elegant, with firm tannins, balanced freshness, and a lingering, authentic finish. With 13.5% alcohol, this wine is best served at 16–18 ºC and pairs beautifully with roasted meats, game, mushroom-based dishes, and traditional Mediterranean cuisine.</p>
