<p>Cartuxa Red Vin toarnă o culoare intensă de granule. Aroma sa este complexă și elegantă, cu note de fructe roșii și negre coapte frumos integrate cu atingeri de condimente, tutun și vanilie din timpul său în lemn. Pe palat, este un vin cu tanini ferme și încă rotunjite și o aciditate echilibrată, ceea ce duce la o finisare lungă, persistentă și complexă. Acest profil structurat îl face o pereche excelentă de vase de carne roșie, de joc și de carne de porc prăjită, precum și mâncăruri bogate de cuptor și brânzeturi semi-vindecate sau în vârstă.</p>

<p></p><p>Adega Cooperativa de Vidigueira, Cuba e Alvito was founded in 1960, but its chronology goes far beyond its almost 60 years of existence. Its roots are intertwined with the history of the village itself, and with Vasco da Gama - the Count of Vidigueira, to whom D. Jaime, Duke of Bragança gave the village in 1519. Thus arose the first connections of Vidigueira with the family of Gama.</p> <p>Based on the effort and dream of most of the wine growers in the regions of Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito, this winery, one of the oldest in Portugal, is today a modern and visionary SME. In the winery's viticultural patrimony are discovered native grape varieties, perfected from generation to generation, among which stands out the Antão Vaz grape variety. This caste legitimated as the caste of Vidigueira and muse inspiring the Winery, gives rise to an exceptional white wine whose notoriety is worth the title of "O Branco do Alentejo".</p>

<p></p><p>This is the result of the perfect combination of Trincadeira and Grand Noir grape varieties, from the old red vineyard planted in the land back in 1901. It has a concentrated ruby colour and a very complex aroma, with soft balsamic and notes of woods, with black fruit, rock-rose, earth and a vibrant vegetable. When subject to tasting this is concentrated and deep wine, highly structured, with present and extremely elegant tannins. The fruit, minerality and balanced acidity provide a very long and persistent finish, full of character.</p>
