The mouth shows fresh attack where this red fruit is repeat with an earthy flavour and long lasting</p> <p>Planted on soil characterised by schist and granite, the grapes are from an integrated production system and are harvested according to their perfect state of ripeness. The grapes were harvested by hand, in 20kg boxes, and at night, providing a more careful selection and better preservation of the aromas. In the cellar, they pass through the sorting table where a rigorous selection is made, and then they enter the fermentation vats by gravity. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation.
