Tasting Notes
Yellow straw color. Bark of citrus fruits, dried flowers, light toast and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of rich and complex palette. It has very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good gustatory persistence.

6 - 8ºC
Vinification
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested between the last days of August and the beginning of September, the must fermented for 18 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Ageing
In bottle, on the lees, for 12 months.
