Tasting Notes
Of fine and persistent bubble, it has a very fresh, citric and mineral aroma, with notes of nuts. In the mouth we feel creaminess in combination with a vibrant acidity of the Syrian caste.
Vinification
Manual harvesting. Very soft processes of crushing and pressing. Equipped with cold technology with controlled temperature around 16ºC, in an inert atmosphere.

<p>The Primavera Caves were founded in 1944 by the brothers Vital and Lucénio Rodrigues de Almeida. From small and totally manual installations, the company now has a covered area of 10,000 m2, with technologically advanced equipment.</p>

<p>Sparkling wine produced from grape picking for grape harvesting, ideal for sparkling wine, and following the traditional foaming method which requires bottle fermentation for a period of more than 12 months.<br />It has a citrus color, with a fine and persistent bubble. Exquisite nose with herbal, floral notes and green apple. Fine bubble mousse, lively acidity, pineapple notes, textured and velvety mouth, very dry and persistent finish.</p>
