|Tasting Notes||This wine reveals the uniqueness and identity of the Casa Cadaval terroir. The aroma is distinct, complex and fruity with hints of dry leaves, paprika and earth. The taste has a great depth with velvety tannins and a persistent finish.|
|Vinification||This wine is from an old bushvine vineyard and exclusively hand-picked. The vinification process occurs after a short cold extraction and the fermentation takes place in „lagares“ for two weeks.|
|Ageing||Ages in used french oak barrels for 12 month.|
