Tasting Notes
Red color loaded. Wild fruit aromas with a scented touch. Spice notes, chocolate and toasted new wood are added. Silky with an extended finish with aromatic notes
Consumption
16 - 18ºC
Vinification
Crushing with total destemming, followed by pre-fermentative maceration at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Fermentation is continued in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 23ºC and subsequent maceration for about two weeks
Ageing
In new French oak barrels for 12 months. After filling remains in bottle 6-12 months
