    A deep coloured and an intense flavoured wine. The flowery, chocolate and berry jams notes combine perfectly with the oak ageing which the wine has been submitted

    Pressing after total destemming. Fermentation in 10.000 litres vats, with pumping over system and temperature control at 28º-30º Celsius. Skin contact maceration and cap (submerged) for 28 days
