|Tasting Notes||Bright and lively ruby color. Aroma rich, balsamic, with notes of spices and pepper, well married with ripe red fruits and integrated with touches of coffee and chocolate.|
|Vinification||Fermented with indigenous yeasts with controlled temperature, 26º-28ºC. A period of cuvaison (post-fermentive skin maceration) of 3 weeks followed a further extraction of the noble elements from the films with subsequent malolactic fermentation.|
