<p>Zafirah Vinha da Rocha Red Wine presents an aroma of red fruits, vegetal and light wood, medium less body, low and fine tannins and a very long finish. A wine that is the new reference as regards red wines in the Vinho Verde region. It has 11 months of high quality new barrel, which does not mark it too much, but rounds off the wine a little, giving it more complexity and class. In a year or two's time it will be even better, if I manage to keep it!</p> <p>Constantino Ramos is the producer of Zafirah Red Wine.</p>
