Quinta de Carapeços Late Harvest, one of Carapeços's ex-libris, was the first Late Harvest produced in the Vinho Verde region. Made from grapes of the Espadeiro variety that are only harvested in February, it results in an amber wine with a rich aroma and notes of raisins and dried figs. Natural sweetness balanced by some acidity that gives it a long and exquisite finish
