|Tasting Notes||It has citrus color, characteristic aroma of the grape variety reminiscent of citrus fruit and flowers, and finishes with an excellent palate, crunchy and prolonged.|
|Vinification||The harvesting is done manually, in boxes of 20 kg, with total destemming. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at reduced temperature, in order to preserve all the aromatic freshness.|
|Ageing||6 months internship on fine lees.|
