<p>Quinta da Pedreira Grande Reserva Bruto is a citrus-colored sparkling wine, with fine bubbles, persistent and smooth. Now much less rustic than previous vintages, this great reserve retains its full-bodied profile, with complex aromas and flavors of quince, jam, dried fruit and cookies. Serious and dry, compact, with moderate acidity, perfect for the table.</p>
