InFinitude Rosé is a wine made from the Merlot variety, grown in the northern foothills of the Serra de Sintra, obtained by direct pressing and made only with free run juice. After fermentation it was aged for 6 months on fine lees. The resulting wine is dry and deep. The acidity and salinity, so characteristic of the region, prolong the sensations in the mouth.
