<p>Quinta da Rede Sousão Red Wine has an intense red colour and deep aromas of wild berries, field herbs and spices, with a slight smoky touch from the barrel. On the palate, it offers juicy red fruit and solid tannins, complemented by excellent acidity that brings freshness and persistence. Ideal with fatty or well-seasoned meats such as pork or lamb, it should be served at 16ºC-17ºC. This arose from the joining of small plots of land, mostly old vines, inherited from ancestors for whom the cultivation of vines was of little secret, as they had always done it.
