    Fruity aroma, with notes of fig, menthol and smoke, due from its ageing in wood casks. The attack in the mouth is highly flavorsome and marked by fresh notes of menthol, witha good acidity that is well balanced by a full volume and soft tannins

    Brief pre-fermentation maceration is followed by pomace fermentation for 6-8 days at a controlled temperature of 28 ºC with fairly frequent pumping up. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is separated from the solids with which it fermented
