Soft ruby color, aroma with red fruit components, some hints of smoke. In very elegant mouth, dry but soft tannins, fresh and spicy. A sophisticated Jaen that does not deviate from the character of the grape variety
Vinification
The fermentation lasted about 20 days, with gentle pumping for a good extraction of aromas. After the fermentation, the wine was transferred to second year French oak barrels
