    This wine, from selected blocks of Syrah and Aragonez vines, is batch fermented at very low temperatures in stainless steel. It is then filtered and bottled with minimal handling within six months of vintage

    6 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled in April 2013. Followed by 2 months bottle storage
