

Quinta Sá de Baixo Primeiras Barricas White Wine is produced with grapes from two vineyard plots with different characteristics of altitude and soil. Combines the varieties of Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio and some Malvasia Fina. In its vinification, after a lightt skin maceration, the fermentation begins in stainless steel vats, ending in French aok barrels, where it remains for 12 months on fine lees with the application of Batonnage.Results in a wine with brillant clarity, greenish citrus color, a citric and mineral aroma, fullbodioed, persistent and balaced acidity.

Quinta de Sá de Baixo is located in Sedielos, municipality of Peso da Régua.
The white wines, fermented at low temperatures with total destemming, are subject to less ageing and are bottled young, in order to preserve the balance between acidity and fruit achieved during vinification.
