<p><span>The history of the wines of the Casas do Côro begins with the purchase of old vineyards with more than 80 years in Marialva and evolves with a plantation of 9 hectares of the best varieties of white grapes. With a common origin in the Beira interior, share a passion for the land where they were born, for their traditions, smells and aromas, there continuing to credit and bet heavily on a territory that they consider unique. They are wines with a very fresh and mineral character, with exuberant acidity but above all are wines with soul and proof that with good wines you can make good friends!</span></p>

<p>Cheda proposal comes when Douro is recognized as a wine region with worldwide value, reinforcing two adjectives for the wines of the region: elegance and balance.</p> <p>Lavradores de Feitoria (a.k.a. Feitoria) is a unique project, created on September of 2000. Resulted from the union of 15 producers, owners of 18 Quintas spread throughout the best terroirs in the 3 sub-regions of the Douro region (Baixo Corgo, Cima Corgo and Douro Superior). Nowadays the company has 48 shareholders (of which 15 are producers), and 19 Quintas.  Together, they have a total area of vineyard of more than 600 ha.</p> <p>The goal of this brand has been, since the beginning, to create balanced and elegant wines that age well, having as a starting point the declared commitment with the excellence and tradition of Douro</p>

<p>Voyeur is a wine fermented and macerated in clay vats of 1000 litres during several months. In each talha ferment and macerate an old vine from a different place in the Douro. Here the grape varieties are a secondary factor, giving importance to the complexity of the blend, including the white varieties. Vines between 40 and 50 years old, from high areas, with a fresher profile so that they can macerate for months without losing their character.</p>
