<p class="hiddeh1">Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo is a place of extreme beauty in the heart of Douro valley and owned by Amorim family since 1999. <p>Lavradores de Feitoria (a.k.a. Feitoria) is a unique project, created on September of 2000. Resulted from the union of 15 producers, owners of 18 Quintas spread throughout the best terroirs in the 3 sub-regions of the Douro region (Baixo Corgo, Cima Corgo and Douro Superior). Nowadays the company has 48 shareholders (of which 15 are producers), and 19 Quintas. Together, they have a total area of vineyard of more than 600 ha.</p> <p>The goal of this brand has been, since the beginning, to create balanced and elegant wines that age well, having as a starting point the declared commitment with the excellence and tradition of Douro</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p>
<p><span>Quinta da Fronteira is located in the deep valley of the Upper Douro river, in the International Douro Natural Park, in the Douro Superior sub-region. Founded by Guerra Junqueiro, famous writer of the 19th century, the property consists of two vineyards (one located in Barca D'Alva and the other in Freixo de Espada à Cinta).</span></p> <p></p> <p></p>
<p>The nobleness of the castes Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, associated to the ground and the agro-climatic complex of the region has given Quinta Seara d’Ordens Reserva Red wine personality and a unique character. </p>
<p>It is in the Douro that the Alves de Sousa family produces their wines, according to a family tradition of 5 generations.<br />Working only the grapes of the family vineyards (Quinta da Gaivosa, Vale da Raposa, Caldas, Estação, Aveleira and Oliveirinha), developed a complete range of Douro wines of great character and quality.</p>

<p>Ferradosa is a white wine with vibrant fruit on the nose, with touches to peach, apricot and some tropical fruits. The wood is present with some aroma of vanilla and smoked. In the mouth, this wine proves to be extremely fresh, appearing an impressive minerality, which perforates the tastes of the barrel, creating an extremely fresh, vibrant and balanced wine.</p>

It is first mentioned in a document dated April 1738 but it was only in 1903, when Dom José Freire de Serpa Pimentel decided to develop his interest in oenology, began to seriously dedicate himself to the risky business of winemaking. Today, a century and many successes later, a brand-new generation of the Serpa Pimentel family</p> <p></p>
