Yellow citrus colour with brilliant aspect. Attractive smell, with notes of citrus and honeysuckle. In the mouth it shows a good balance and silky texture that makes it ideal as an appetizer

Full destemming of grapes and skin maceration for about 3 hours. Fermented at 16° C, in stainless steel vats. During storage in stainless steel vats, wine was kept in contact with fine lees for two months
