Vinification
Full grape destemming and skin maceration for about 3 hours. Fermented in stainless steel vats at 16° C. After fermentation, homogenisation of the fine lees for two months
<p>In order to make Diálogo white wine a light, fresh but complex wine, vinification takes place in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels. The illustrations on the label, with different stories on the various editions, reinforce the relaxed character of this wine</p> <p></p>

Nowadays the company has 48 shareholders (of which 15 are producers), and 19 Quintas.
