<p>Encoberta Red Wine is a very characteristic red wine from Penalva do Castelo (Castendo sub-region) and a typical Dão blend of the main varieties of this area. The soil composition, with granite, quartz and clay, different from our other vines in Vila Nova de Tazem with granite, makes this wine a little more fruity, dense and with texture, without losing its freshness and minerality. A Dão that shows its origins.</p>

<p>Quinta do Carvalhao Torto Jaen &amp; Alfrocheiro Red Wine produced with Jaen and Alfrocheiro provident of vines with 40 years of age, was vinificated with <span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en" xml:lang="en">prolonged maceration and temperature control. From this limited production 10,000 numbered bottles were bottled.</span></p>
