Hibernus Grand Cuvee Brut Nature Sparkling White Wine. Created from Arinto, Baga and Chardonnay castes. Elaborated according to the classic method, with refermentation in bottle, just like the great world sparkling wines. The base wine was partially fermented in oak barrels, which gave rise to a very distinctive product. Its minimum ageing on lees was 25 months
<p>Sparkling wine produced from grape picking for grape harvesting, ideal for sparkling wine, and following the traditional foaming method which requires bottle fermentation for a period of more than 12 months.<br />It has a citrus color, with a fine and persistent bubble. Exquisite nose with herbal, floral notes and green apple. Fine bubble mousse, lively acidity, pineapple notes, textured and velvety mouth, very dry and persistent finish.</p>
