Produced from the main white varieties of the Alentejo. 20% of this wine is fermented in French oak. The totality of the wine goes through "batonnage" for 2 months obtaining a bigger structure

Quinta das Arcas has around 50ha, 35ha of vineyards stand out, around 30 years old, where under the influence of a very particular micro-climate grapes of high quality of the Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto grapes are obtained

- Grapes stalked at the entrance of the cellar and pressed immediately. Partial fermentation in French oak wood and battonage in vat and barrel for 2 months, with fermentation at low temperatures
