<p>Alabastro is a wine who's name is inspired by a semi-precious marble found in the Alentejo region. Like this stone, Aliança Vinhos want to produce a wine that presented it self with strong and persistent flavours</p>
<p>This Indigenous White is the result of spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts, i.e. from the place, the air, the surrounding environment, in barrels of 225 L without temperature control. The result is a textured wine, with some clean fruit, mixed with a good rough component, which gives it the soul of things that cannot be controlled. Try it.</p>
