Tasting Notes
Aroma the red living fruit with a floral side given by the Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is very balanced, with very soft tannins, refreshing acidity that gives it prolongation in the mouth and makes it very gastronomic
Consumption
16 - 18ºC
Vinification
Pre-fermentative maceration for 3 to 4 days and fermentation at 26ºC with gentle rinses preserving the fruit and extracting soft tannins important for the wine balance
Ageing
In barrels of French oak and Caucasus where they practiced for about 6 months

                        <p>Quinta do Mouro is located at the gates of the city of Estremoz, and belonged for centuries to the Zagalos family, one of the wealthiest in town. This original "quinta" in Alentejo, where the vast estates dominate, has an 18th century grooved house, charming gardens, bowls and 18th century tanks. In 1979, at the age of 26, luck dictated Miguel Louro's fate at a poker table, among friends, when he had the dilemma of buying a Porsche or Quinta do Mouro. The first hectares of vineyard would be planted in 1989, after a failed incursion into cattle breeding, and today he is one of the most iconic wine producers in the region.</p> <p></p>
