Vinification
When the grapes reach the right point of maturationthey are carefully picked and brought to the winery, where they are fermented on stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.

<p>On the hot plains of the Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, is one of the oldest wine estates in the region.
