Crystalline appearance, straw color. Grapefruit notes that blend with fresh apricot compote, and discreet notes of well-integrated barrel toast resembling toasted almond. Untuoso, rich and elegant. The ending is broad, deep, and persistent.
The fermentation takes place in new barrels of 550 liters of French oak, in a cellar with controlled temperature at 18ºC.
On the lees of fermentation accompanied by batonnage.

<p><span>Founded in 1955, Adega de Borba was the first of a series of wineries settled in the Alentejo region. <span>Nowadays the Adega de Borba brings together 300 associates whose vineyards cover a total area of 2,000 hectares, 70% of which is cultivated with red grape varieties and 30% with white ones</span></span></p>
<p>In 1988, A Danish-American couple set out in a sailboat to find a place to start a family and plant a vineyard. They came to Alentejo, and in a land of white varieties, they planted red. And so begins the story of Cortes de Cima Family Vineyards</p>
<p>The wines of Solar dos Lobos are the result of a triple selection of clusters that only came from our 75 ha of vineyard. The first selection starts near to the painter stage, where a thinning of bunches is made, in order to select just those which will allow to obtain the maximum quality. The second selection takes place during the harvest, when workers are alerted to cut just the grapes which are in perfect sanitary condidition. The third selection is made during the winery grape entry as the recolt is discharged from 20 kg boxes to the mat of choice, where 2 to 4 people remove all the leaves, branches and the clusters which show no quality: being too green or too mature</p>

<p>Quinta de São José de Peramanca is located five kilometres from Évora, on National Road 114. The large and traditional house, marked by baroque architecture, and the church of San José adjacent to it facilitate identification. With 34 hectares, the Quinta has in the manor house and in its vineyard its greatest patrimony.</p> <p>As for the peculiar name of the Quinta "Peramanca" (Pedra-Manca), it means "oscillating stone, not very safe", is explained by the existence in the region of large granite stones in oscillating balance. Since Roman times and over the centuries, the surroundings to the west of Évora have been considered as one of the most important regions producing quality wine, and the area has become known as "Terras de Peramanca", given the abundance of these oscillating stones.</p>
